Claudia earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology in Australia, and is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She has experience working with both individuals and groups in private, community and hospital settings, both in Singapore and abroad.
Over the years, Claudia has conducted numerous trainings, workshops as well as courses for different organisations and the government such as Singapore Prisons Services and Ministry of Education. Not only that, she has done instructional /informational training programs to the general public as well. The topics that she has touched on in these workshops include Suicide Intervention and Grief and Loss.
She has worked with a vast number of client groups (i.e. children, couples, adolescents, families, parents, carers, young adults, adults and elderly). Her exposure to different target groups has prepared her to manage a crowd of varying backgrounds, thus always resulting in a very productive session and satisfied clients.
