Iota teleconsultations are first scheduled between the patient and doctor. Select your doctor from our network of licensed healthcare specialists, and your preferred timing. An email will be sent to you to confirm your appointment. You can click on the video conferencing link in the email during your appointment time to consult the doctor.

You can use any device, whehter it is Android or iOS enabled. You can also access Iota’s services using any electronic device like laptops via web browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari, etc)

Our platform accepts online payment via all major credit and debit cards, including VISA and MasterCard.

Yes, simply click on a specialty and once you have chosen a specialist, click on “Book Now” to start the booking process. There is also a search bar available if you know the doctor’s name or clinic name.

Yes, your doctor can provide you with medical certificates/referral letters through your email. Please note that these will be issued at the doctor’s discretion

Major insurance companies may provide plans that cover medical consultations through video call. Please check with your insurance provider if your plan covers this.
